Policies
St Martins has zero tolerance for any form of physical and/or sexual abuse and is committed to promoting the safety and interests of all people involved with the organisation, with a focus on children and vulnerable people. We regularly review, update and create new policies and procedures to ensure we are up to date with Victorian and national standards, are we are pleased to have created a new Safeguarding Policy to supersede our Child Safety Policy. We invite everybody involved with St Martins to review our Safeguarding Policy and welcome any feedback. We have also published a copy of our new Staff Code of Conduct, which everybody working at St Martins must sign.
We acknowledge the barriers to the arts that exist for many young people because of disability, cultural difference or social disadvantage and we offer scholarships and programs to overcome these barriers.
