Drama Programs for Schools
Tailored theatre programs for your school community
St Martins offers bespoke programs designed around your students’ needs, timetable, and goals. Programs can take place at your school or at St Martins’ iconic South Yarra headquarters. Using theatre-based skills, storytelling, and critical thinking exercises, we work closely with teachers and students to develop creative capacity alongside essential life skills that support learning across the curriculum.
PROGRAMS INCLUDE:
> Young Changemakers
> Incursions
> After-school programs
> End-of-year productions – We can direct your school production or devise an entirely original work with your students
> Short-term or ongoing artist residencies
CREATIVE THEMES EXPLORED
Our programs draw on children’s literature, current public discourse and young people’s perspectives as starting points for discussion, devising and performance. Content is always adapted to suit the age group, curriculum, focus and interests of each school community.
Every program is co-designed with schools to ensure relevance, accessibility and meaningful outcomes.
