Workshop COVIDSafe Policy
By enrolling your young person “participant” into St Martins workshops you agree to the following:
- Participant will not attend a workshop if they are sick or unwell, especially if they have the following symptoms: Fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of sense of smell.
- Participant will not attend a workshop if they have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 in the last 7 days unless they have received a negative PCR or Rapid Antigen Test result.
- Participant to follow Government guidelines if returning from overseas or interstate before attending workshops on site.
- St Martins keeps attendance sheets for each workshop, and will us QR Codes as per government guidelines to assist with contact tracing, if necessary. All information will be kept in line with privacy laws.
- Parents and carers are encouraged to wait outside the venue.
- Adults are encouraged to keep a distance of 1.5m between each other and young people not within their family unit.
- All participants are to sanitise their hands before entering the workshop space.
- Participants must practice good hygiene.
- Participants must bring and take home their water bottle, clothing, and snacks each workshop. Anything left behind will be removed/thrown away if not labelled and able to be safely stored until collection.
- If the Department of Health and Human Services issues restrictions that cause St Martins to shut down onsite workshops, we will move workshops online until the Government restrictions are lifted.
