Arjun is an Associate Director in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Service practice and leads their work in Social Impact and Human Rights. He has over 14 years of professional experience in the Monitoring & Evaluation, and impact measurement & management fields. Arjun leads numerous innovative engagements seeking to develop frameworks to measure, value and manage the often “intangible” impacts of organisations’ operations and investments. Prior to joining EY, Arjun co-founded The Incus Group, a boutique consultancy that specialised in developing the capacity of Not-for-Profit providers in the Community Services sector to evaluate their activities and measure their social and economic impacts.
