Support St Martins

St Martins is a registered charity. We rely on the generosity of our community to continue our work with children and young people. Your support helps us create bold new work with young artists, deliver transformational drama workshops, and keep our venue alive with independent artists and big ideas.

Through our Young Changemakers, Congress, and weekly workshop programs in South Yarra and Northcote, young people build skills, confidence and creativity.

Our venues support over 16,000 experiences for artists, makers and producers, providing the space and resources they need to create, rehearse and share their work.

Last year, St Martins engaged nearly 10,000 audience members in our venues and offsite at our major production, connecting and inspiring communities.

Across our programs, productions and venues St Martins provides nearly 2,000 employment opportunities annually for artists and arts workers.

Three teenage performers stand on stage. They are wearing black suits. The one standing in the middle has one hand on his hip, the other mimicking a phone call. The other two are standing either side of him a little further back. The one on the left has their back to the camera, the one on the right is facing to the right of the frame and is holding their hands together as if in thought. The background is black.

Planned giving

Time after time, our alumni tell us about the life-changing experiences they’ve had at St Martins. As we continue to be blown away by the stories of just how special this place is to so many of you, we’re pleased to now offer a way for you to leave a legacy for generations to come.

Projection of a moth on a young persons hand

For over 40 years, St Martins has been a place where young people and independent artists from across Victoria have been supported to explore their creativity, develop their voices, and find their place.

By leaving a gift to St Martins Youth Arts Centre in your Will, you’re helping to ensure that this vital work continues, not just today, but for generations to come.

A bequest is a powerful way to make an impact beyond your lifetime. Your legacy will not only contribute to the ongoing vibrancy of the Australian arts industry, it will help ensure that St Martins continues to stand strong, providing access, opportunity, and creative spaces for young people well into the future.

Once you have discussed your plans with those closest to you, we invite you to consider a gift to St Martins.

Every gift, regardless of size will help to shape tomorrow’s artists, leaders and communities.

If you have already included St Martins in your Will, or are interested in doing so, please let us know. Whilst we appreciate that some may prefer to remain anonymous, we would love the opportunity to thank you personally and learn more about your connection to the company.
