Kerry O’Sullivan – Executive Director, Co-CEO 

Kerry joined St Martins in mid-2018. Kerry was previously the Executive Director of The Blue Room Theatre in Perth for over five years, and Producer for two years prior. While ED of The Blue Room Theatre, she successfully grew the audience an additional 7,000 audience members per year, brokered an additional funding agreement with the Department of Culture and the Arts to directly invest in independent theatre through the LOFT program and successfully raised over $25,000 in a giving campaign to install solar panels on the venue’s roof as part of their Sustainability Plan. 

Kerry is also the Co-founder of Barefaced Stories along with ABC National host Andrea Gibbs. Barefaced has toured to New Zealand for Fringe NZ, Tasmania for the APACA conference, Melbourne Fringe and Newcastle for TINA festival. 

Prior to working in arts administration, Kerry was a performer, director, writer, stage manager and producer for independent theatre in Perth. She directed Five Unenviable Lives, winning the Blue Room Theatre Members’ Choice award and Starkers for the Wild West Comedy Festival. 

Kerry has been a judging panellist for the Dublin Fringe Festival and Perth International Comedy Festival as well as an Australia Council Peer. Kerry was chosen for the prestigious Emerging Leaders Development Program through Australia Council in 2014.
