The Randall Stage is not a working theatre. Only the stage is for hire for rehearsal purposes only. The general public is not permitted on premises.

VENUE CAPACITY

The Randall Stage is only available for rehearsal purposes. Not open to the general public.

OPERATING HOURS

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 08:00 to 23:00 (Event must finish at 22:00 due to comply with council noise restrictions) Friday and Saturday 08:00 to 24:00 (Event must finish at 23:00 due to council noise restrictions)

EXTRA INFORMATION

The decor in the venue is black, the venue has one wall painted black (south wall) and three unpainted brick walls. The Irene Mitchell Studio Theatre is hired with lighting and sound rig in place. The space is very flexible and can be configured in many ways. If the Hirer wishes to use something other than the standard they will need to bear the cost of making changes and returning the changes at the end of the hire period. If you plan to hire the venue for more than 8 hours you will be able to access a daily hire rate. Please contact Venue Manager with details of your event to obtain a costing

HOUSE RULES

The hirer and all event attendees and staff must follow the “house rules” as provided with the hire contract.

GUEST BEHAVIOR

The Hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests. The Hirer must ensure that all persons attending their event treat the venue, equipment, other guests and St Martins staff members with respect and care.

CLEANING

The hirer is responsible for thoroughly cleaning the venue, amenities and grounds at the conclusion of the event within the hours booked and paid for. Specific requirements are listed in the hire contract. The Hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests. The Hirer must ensure that all persons attending their event treat the venue, equipment, other guests and St Martins staff members with respect and care.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol may not be served to or consumed by young people under the age of 18 on St Martins premises. It is illegal regardless of parent or guardian permissions. If you intend to sell alcohol during your event you must obtain a special license. You are required to supply this license to St Martins in advance of your hire date.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Kitchenette is located in Kiosk and bathroom facilities down corridor. THERE IS NO HEATING OR COOLING IN THIS VENUE

WHATS INCLUDED?

EXTRA EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE St Martins have a range of lighting, sound, accessibility equipment, and AV equipment available to hire.
